From the interactive dashboard, employees also have quick access to their personal absence statistics, providing a clear overview of remaining leave balances and past absences (depending on the configured permissions).
Authorisers benefit from the same streamlined experience, with the ability to review, approve, or reject leave requests directly through the portal—saving time, improving communication, and ensuring transparency across the organisation.
